A Bit About Me
As someone who was part of an immigrant family, I have experienced the struggles of adjusting and integrating into a new culture, learning to adapt to frequently changing circumstances, and finding belonging. Not only have these experiences helped me build resilience, but they have also allowed me to relate to and journey with others.
I enjoy travelling and having the opportunity to see, experience, learn, and immerse myself in different cultures. I also love spending time with my wife and our constantly curious beagle, whether it is taking a stroll around the city or taking it easy at home and watching a good show.
Why I Do What I Do
I believe that we all deserve to be at our best—and sometimes that means walking with people who can help get us there or acquiring tools that we don’t currently have. It is my hope and passion to see people holistically healed, restored, and transformed to be the best version of themselves that they can be.

My expertise includes working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, or having a hard time handling pressures from school, work, and relationships. I help people understand the impact of adverse childhood experiences, such as abuse, neglect, or instability, on their life and their relationships.
I help individuals and couples of all ages navigate cultural adjustment, interpersonal conflict, separation, loss, grief, perinatal and postnatal transitions, and parenting challenges. In addition, I work with couples preparing for marriage through premarital counselling.
As an ordained Christian minister, I also offer faith-integrated counselling from a Christian perspective. For those who have faith, clinical research studies show that when faith, prayer, and the wisdom of the Bible, the rates of healing and restoration are often more encouraging. Scripture acts as a compass to point us in the right direction.
